- Local delivery within 150 mile radius is available for a minimal charge.
- Direct shipping is available to anywhere in the U.S. via insured DHL, U.P.S., Fed-Ex, U.S.P.S., or Common Carrier.
- Buyer pays all necessary shipping, handling and insurance costs prior to shipping.
- Delayed pick-up and short term storage available on all items with 25% deposit.
All items not picked up or shipped within 30 days will be resold as well as all monies received as deposit will be forfeited as liquidated damages for storage and resale expenses.
- All items are sold as/is without warranty of fitness, use or application. All items are sold however, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances. No warranty is expressed or implied, once the item has left our facility other than with guarantee of good title. Working order is not warranted at the time of purchase unless otherwise noted. Buyers are advised to independently test, or have tested, any and all equipment for sale prior to purchasing. Remember, you are buying under the conditions of “as/is” at the time of purchase. If an item is shipped and found to be defective when warranted (if agreed upon), warranty will cover repair, replacement cost or refund only. Shipping charges will still be the buyer's responsibility for the return of any item for service or refund as well as return shipping back to the buyer.
- Payment in full is expected at the time of purchase. Payment may be accepted in cash, certified or cashier’s check, or money order. No credit cards. Personal or business checks are accepted if drawn on a local bank or credit union (within our tri-county local area).
